Training
Our Safety Coordinator, the Hawgologist, has been busy setting up some training seminars for those who would like to take them. He has gotten two seminars set up in partnership with the Monroe County Chapter. On March 10th Monroe ABATE is hosting the “Street Strategies” seminar during their meeting, time 8:00. All are invited to attend. At our March 12th meeting we are hosting the “Group Riding’ seminar with all from Monroe County invited to attend. These seminars will be presented by Ron Hinds (learn2ride).
He is also trying to get a count on anybody interested in the Basic Riders Course or Experienced Riders Course. If there is enough interest expressed for a class between our chapter and Monroe’s chapter to fill a class he is going to work on getting a discounted rate again this year. The dates have not yet been set for these courses.Dennis Vanill
